I have taken fastag from paytm but its showing inactive and i have complaint to paytm customer care for more than 100 times but they are not activating my fastag with the reply that your paytm account got merged by mistake so one account need to close and asked many documents and i have submited documents as per requirement but they are not serious to resolve my problem and i am unnecessary paying double charges at toll plaza.
I want to close my paytm account alongwith fastag and asking my funds back but they are saying that fastag can not be closed
