Subject: Delayed Payment Settlement – Complaint Letter

Dear Paytm Customer Support Executive,

I hope this letter finds you well. I am writing this complaint to express my extreme disappointment and frustration regarding the non-release of my payment of Rs. 25,250, which was supposed to be settled into my bank account on 11th July. My name is Akarsh Kumar, and my registered Paytm number is 9653018589.

On 11th July, I contacted your customer care regarding the pending payment, and I was informed that it would be resolved within 24 to 48 hours. However, despite waiting for 10 days, there has been no progress, and I have neither received any notification nor a resolution message from your esteemed organization.

I promptly raised a ticket with the reference number 5060384845 , hoping that the issue would be addressed with urgency. Unfortunately, to my dismay, no action has been taken to resolve the matter so far. Additionally, I cooperated fully with your team by providing all the required documents for verification, including my Aadhar and PAN details, as requested. However, even after submitting the necessary documents, my payment remains stuck without any clear reason.

This delay in releasing my rightful payment has caused me significant inconvenience and financial strain. I rely on the timely settlement of payments to meet my financial obligations and carry out my day-to-day activities smoothly. The unresponsiveness and lack of updates from your end have only added to my frustration and anxiety.

I request you to look into this matter urgently and provide me with a clear explanation for the delay in payment settlement. I expect a resolution to this issue without any further delay. Kindly process the payment of Rs. 25,250 into my registered bank account immediately and inform me about the same through email or SMS.

If my payment is not released promptly and a satisfactory response is not provided within the next 48 hours of receiving this letter, I regret to inform you that I will be compelled to take appropriate legal action to protect my rights as a consumer.

I trust that Paytm, as a leading digital payments platform, values its customers and takes prompt action to resolve issues. I look forward to a positive and timely resolution of this matter.
