Paytm has debited 3000/- from my account and then they credited it back, due to a failed transaction at their merchant end. Then they again re-debited 3000/- which was credited. I am explaining this to them but they are not understanding and again and again are claiming that they have refunded the amount, which they did but they have re-debited it and they have my money with them which they are not returning and they don’t respond to my queries on the application. They are cheaters and robbers. I have uploaded a screenshot of my bank statement as a proof of money being first credited and then re-debited which means they still have my money
