Hi ,
My father’s account is in ICICI bank and few months back suddenly 3 transaction happened and around 4000 rs withdraw from father’s account, in account statement it shown that payment was withdrawn by Ola cab and Paytm . my father never used ola cab and Paytm . even he didnt have account to do so . finally we investigate with ICICI bank but they denied the case and asked to go and complaint to cyber crime . we stop this account and after few days later ICICI bank send one new card but within one month same case happen this time 2500 rs withdrawn by Paytm . same we reported to ICICI bank and Paytm Vijay sharma . but still there is no reply from both of this . kindly please suggest next course of action . we need to stop this otherwise some big fraud will come in everyone ways .
