I have recharged of INR 458 at 5:38am via paytm.
I just opened the paytm app at 8:10am it was showing error to load the page i was unable to do back.
Then it showed the mobile payment with full details automatically filled in paytm i cn see promo codes i just skip i dint proceed because i knew dat recharge is already done.
As i clicked skip option the page redirected to vodafone n transaction of recharge was succesful.
In short my recharge was done twice in same number.
Transaction order is 7312118028 & 7311773521 and operation reference number is ONR1902100811150002 & ONR1902100538160018
I tried to contct paytm 24*7 they are unable to help me or reverse the amount they are sayin tok to netwrk operator n enjoy benefits if recharge.
How silly is dis to enjoy benefit the benefit on same number.
My validity will be three months only new recharge will nt go on hold.
Is this new recharge is going to activate later as dis one finishes ?
