I’d booked airline tickets on PayTM but the flight got cancelled. The airline has refunded the money to PayTM and shared the credit memo number with but PayTM has not refunded the amount to me. They are denying that they have received any money from the airlines. It’s been more than a month now and I have called several times, but no one has responded back or called me back with an update. They say they will get back but they have not called back even once. They have taken my money and not refunding and not telling me anything on the refund.
