Paytm has frozen my wallet balance. Whenever i contact their customer care they give an automated reply to do KYC but as per their policy a account without KYC should still be able to use their wallet balance for prepaid recharge or payment to merchant. If i won’t do kyc they basically withhold my balance forever.This is nothing but a scam. If i don’t do KYC , it is still my money they are withholding without my consent
