Paytm has cheated the customer by accepting the money to provide the bus services, and they didn’t provide the service.
Below are the Details on my booking:

Amount paid for another bus : 6000
1. Paytm didn’t inform us, when Bus operator has no service at the place we booked. which created a lot of issues, for the plan which we had.
2. Paytm should have been informed us, if they cancelled the booking earlier.
3. When we call the customer , they were simply dragging the issue, and they told make your own arrangement.(2HR Phone call )
4. As they told us, we made our own arrangement, we shared the ticket with then, still they haven’t refunded the money,
5. Paytm has blocked my Phone number, when i am trying to call them
6. Because of the Paytm issue, we didn’t get the Room , which we booked at our destined location.
7. in Paytm app, it is showing the booking is completed, how can they updated like that, as there was no service .
Please take the actions on Paytm, so that i get my money back. we don’t know , PaytM is cheating how many customers like this, as we are asking , there are some people which don’t know this forum and all.
