Text of Complaint by SAIKAT MANDAL:

On 1st October , 12:45AM I got e-mail and SMS that paytm has blocked my savings bank account. It was a full KYC account. They asked to submit my KYC details. I submitted. But they have neither unlocked my account nor refunded my hard earned money.
I had also fixed deposits in this bank. I have emailed mamy times to their customer service but the experience was horrible. The worst customer service ever. They even don’t reply to my queries, a auto generated mail comes from their side.

If my account cannot be reactivated then refund my hard earned money.
