Text of Complaint by Praveen Kumar:

I have been using paytm for 3 years. Have done KYC. Suddenly last week paytm prohibited me from using my paytm wallet , messaging that i haven’t updated my KYC,  though when i called their customer care number they told me i have done my KYC and it is upto date. I want know the reason reason  from paytm for blocking me using paytm services. As your customer for 3 years, at least you owe me an explanation, why now you’re not allowing me to use paytm services.

Hope they get this message and reply me.
