Hi Team,
I had a Paytm Postpaid balance due on my account which has been paid back however I am still getting calls and what’s app messages.
The time when i paid this amount I was informed that the remaining balance will be removed and my credit score will no more be impacted.
However I get calls everyday from people speaking so rudly as if have hurt them in some way, they are very rude to me, Even after informing them about what I have been told they react the same way.
I have been quite for a while but now this is enough.
I have already made the payment and the SS is added below I was informed that the remaining balance will be removed and my credit score will not be impacted, please help me
