Text of Complaint by Ravikanth Kowdeed:

I purchased gold in form of digital transaction on paytm gold, through the app, in month of may. The order id is 13557325589. There was no delivery option that time due to covid that time which I understand. I booked delivery of the gold in first week of Oct, but it is not yet delivered. The status says merchant couldn’t deliver the order, however the account shows good already ordered and balance shows nothing. When I am going to get my order delivered? Who is your merchant and contact details? Did some fraud happen that your merchant collected the gold but didn’t deliver to me? I am tired to know when I am going to get my gold or return my money back please. The paytm gold app is worst,it doesn’t tell me any detail not able to find any email where I can complain or escalate. I raised ticket through chatbot but no update, nobody reaches out to me so far. Please call me and fix my problem. You will have to pay price for this inconvenience and pain caused to me. I can’t even get my gold for Diwali, very disappointed on this.
