I did transaction of 9039 at Paytm but it got failed and they reported refund has been initiated with reference number but during discussion with bank helpline they informed reference number is fake and they are not able track it. They asked me to request Paytm for a mail stating the failure and refund. Upon asking Paytm, customer executive behaving very rudely and not sharing any email. Now I’m in deep trouble as I can’t follow up with bank without reference number.
