Today (07.07.18) I got a call from a number 8481061098 saying I had won a gift from Paytm. They knew my past order history from Paytm and even my address.
They asked me to choose between 5 gifts, I chose an AC. They asked me to shop for 5000 but that payment would be made through them. After I paid they stopped licking up my calls amd no transaction is showing in my Paytm app.. Please help me get my money back

I contacted to Paytm, they said me that this call is official call.
Even paytm officials have recruit UNQUALIFIED EMPLOYEES ass it seems to be fraud ie., I ignored… But what the and why the fuck they knew our Paytm shopping order details and delivery address……..
