My paytm mini kyc expired and as per their instructions have tried to do full kyc with the required docs thrice at a nearby kyc centre. All the time however the paytm people hv rejected the request and when I complain and ask for the reason for the same , the only answer I get is we are working on it and someone will update on it and no one calls and they close the query and again I hv to explain the whole thing. This has been going 9n from 25th of april 2019
