Dear Team.
It was very disappointing that Paytm is associated with some of fraudulent partners . I had been given confirmed ticket on non existent bus with no detail of contact , against the policy of giving driver name and contact number . No mail send on my id even after trying multiple times for generating it.
I had waited at stop nearly three hour at mid night and tried every pissible contact but no response. Even paytm 24×7 customer care has no answer for not giving contact number.
- This is kind of fraud and i need a clear response from Paytm in this respect .
