transactions of Rs. 36400/- through the Paytm UPI link have been held on dt.19/7/22 . Surprisingly the payment gateway is so weak that even they didn’t ask for any security pin.
It’s really not expected from a reputed portal like you. A Cyber complaint is also registered on the same date. But the cyber people are saying no update from the designated banker even after 1 week. Kindly help us to recover our hard earned money .
I hope you will look into the matter with utmost urgency and seriousness and inform me as soon as possible.
