After blocking my paytm account for so long paytm has unblocked the account when I have provided a police stamp verified proof that was asked by Paytm for unblocking the account then deducted the amount equal to that transaction as disputed amount here is Transaction ID-22901010105. Even had a word regarding this with Vishakhapatnam cyber cell who has reported fraudulent transaction against sender no-7290992099 but didn’t get any solution because paytm is saying they have refunded the amount to source as per police directions and vizag cyber cell is saying we didn’t get any information from paytm and the sender is also saying I haven’t got any refund so that I can pass on to you.What was the dispute in that transaction and what is the proof of that? I want our money back and it’s seriously causing very inconvenience nearly equal to mental harassment.
