I am trying to book airticketes using credit shell via paytm for Spicejet, but due to technical issues in paytm application it is not allowing me to proceed ahead for payment, and giving error that that no. of passengers are incorrect. already i reported this to PAYTM team via mail and 9 times via phone but paytm team is not at all taking any step to help me or even book my ticket as per details provided to them,
Almost, one month is over – since 31st December, 2020 i am following up
i have registered this now with national consumer helpline
