I’m a Paytm account holder being a regular account holder I regularly receive various cashback and vouchers but I have had a very bad experience where this Paytm application is fooling the customer’s by giving a cashback coupon stating “You have won Rs1000/- cashback and it will be credited in 24 hours” and after 24 hours they smartly remove that coupon from the statement itself and there is no history as such. I have experienced this kind of issue before also but I did not have any proof to prove my point but this time I took a screenshot as soon as I got the cashback coupon.
Paytm backend team thinks customer’s are stupid and they can be oversmart with them but that will not be possible for them every time.
I’m attaching all the screenshots below for your reference. I request the higher authorities to look into this matter and provide me with the best solution.
