Hii..I made a transaction of 10958.32 on 9 Nov to irctc through Paytm merchant.However the ticket was not booked and no pnr was generated .I checked with the irctc that they dint recieve the amount .
On contacting Paytm they saying that the transaction was successful even though the tickets were not booked.
It’s almost been a month and I have not received the refund amount.
