Please do not use Paytm for business, as it is completely unreliable. When we become their merchant, if we face any problems after a few months,
they start ignoring our complaints and do not respond to our queries. I stopped using Soundbox 2 years ago, and now I am receiving messages about pending dues from Soundbox.
How can they expect me to pay for something I haven’t used in 2 years? When I complained to Paytm, they did not respond and behaved as if it was a network problem. This is completely unacceptable.
In addition to what I said earlier, whenever I have asked Paytm to stop the Soundbox subscription, they have told me that they will call me and pick up the Soundbox,
but they have never followed through on their promise. On top of that, their merchant team has called me multiple times, but no one ever speaks on the other end of the line. It is incredibly frustrating and unprofessional.
Furthermore, Paytm has also promised me that they will not increase the due amount until the problem is solved. However, as soon as I hang up the call with them,
I start receiving messages stating that if I do not pay my dues, my outstanding amount will increase. This is extremely concerning and shows that Paytm’s communication system is flawed.
Overall, my experience with Paytm for business has been incredibly disappointing, and I would caution others against using their services.
Their lack of transparency, poor customer service, and unprofessional behavior make them an unreliable partner for any business.
