Hi,
I had booked a flight through Paytm from Guwahati to Bangalore for 4 person on Dec 13, 2023. My PNR was O88JPN. The Airline had cancelled my flight after consultation with me since the flight time was rescheduled. The Airline refunded full money to the travel agent i.e. Paytm. But Paytm did not refund me the full amount.
The amount i paid while booking ticket was Rs. 30,700
The airline refunded the money to PAYTM was Rs 30,700
The refund i received from Paytm was Rs. 29, 344.
i was unable to contact customer care through call, i guess they stopped that service. I was asked to create a ticket. After few days of creation of ticket, they just mentioned your money has been refunded and this is the amount. No proper answer was given to me, i am too unable to contact them through call. worst kind of service from PAYTM.
The airline cancelled my ticket and refunded full money to PAYTM but PAYTM did not refund full amount.
