i booked a flight for 4 of my family members both ways from delhi to vishakhapatnam and back, because of Covid 19 the flights got cancelled. i asked paytm to refund me my money they told me they cant and mentioned the money is saved with indigo in some shell which i can use in 1 year i told them i am only looking for my refund they mentioned i will have to bear the cancellation charges of 3k per ticket. I called up indigo customer care got my full refund, but the refund was made to paytm i am going through money crisi and paytm have not refunded my money from last 10 days my booking id is 9855526399. paytm customer care and email support both are useless and every time i have called them or tried to contact they have not given any information apart from asking me to wait from last 10 days. i never knew paytm is such badly managed and irresponsible corporation i want to file a complaint against them.

I am facing the same issue and dont know what to do. I have been repeatedly trying to contact Paytm but they keep saying complaint is raised. I need the money as it’s covid time I’m physically challenged and I dont know what door to knock
