I have fasttag related issue in Paytm fasttag issued to me since dec2021
I have lodged several complaints yet there is no solution to my problem. There is always issu to reach customer care. Every time I have to pay double cash amount in toll roads. It is very humiliating. I have recharges several times but it is always showing low balance. In paytm fasttag option it says to buy a fasttag. I have reported complaint through application but no solution has been provided to me.
