Had purchased fasttag from paytm on 17 dec 2019.hve still not received it. gets delayed every 2 days .they post a message every 2 days telling that you will receive it in 2 days but they keep postponing it.tried calling on helpline no and sent messages also but did not receive proper response..they are total frauds..a week back 75 rs wer deducted from it at ahmedabad toll.tried calling paytm but they say its in transit.no response from them.complete cheats.ther is no direct phone number where we can call them
