- I raised the request for replacing my FasTag through PayTM during July 2018.

- I have received ticket closure mail as below, and still waiting for the FasTag
- I spoke to your team again on 27th September and compliant No is – 87988588
- Paid INR 100 towards replacement charges on 10th October 2018 . Now I see a different Compliant No 89509570
- Again I spoke on 13th October, and they said they are working. Now I see a feedback on 89509570
- It is an insult, again I received feedback with a new compliant No- 90992202 on 18th October. I spoke to your team
- I called your team again on 22nd October – and expressed my concern. Your person told me it will be dispatched in a days time
- I am seeing another mail from your team dated 24 Oct 2018 – with a new Reference no 92202064
9th November, I received a mail to receive a customer feedback with following reference No 92627291
