I have replaced my windshield as there was a stone hit. The fastag could not be removed and fixed on to the new windshield. So, I have called up customer care and asked for replacement in March. I was assured replacement in 7 workdays. But, it never happened. I have followed up and raised multiple tickets. Asked for multiple escalations. But, all in vain. Every time I get the same response. But, not fastag. The customer care has no clue. These days customer care keeps me in waiting, for more than 15 minutes and call gets disconnected. I am not finding any way to resolve the issue with Paytm.
