Good evening!

I am Rajvi Sheth, registering this complaint on behalf of my father Hemendra Sheth, we have been using paytm since long time! We had issued paytm fastag since we bought the car, now there are multiple issues attached with this. Thank you for taking time and going through my elborated complaint against paytm and paytm fastag.

1) Ideally only one account can be created from one mobile number, I still wonder how paytm managed to created two profile from my father’s mobile number. The problem starts from there itself.

2) Our paytm fasttag was registered from the old account, unaware of the creation of two accounts we think there is some issues with our KYC and paytm wallet hence we are not able to transfer money into wallet, hence fasttag is not working. so, we did multiple complaints for that.

3) In multiple calls to customer care services, we get to know about this glitch from paytm side! Still they demaded so many documents from us but their app and their link on which the documents needs to be uploaded was not working and hence we were not allowed to upload documents meanwhile they closed our multiple complaints and marked that the issue was resolved!

4) After multiple calls and emails, one fine day, they understood the issue that we are not able to upload the documents on the provided link and they emailed us the same message, with the same link! so we were not able to upload image again. Then we replied to that particular email and sent all of our documents and confirmation. However, they received few mails and did not receive few. (we still wonder how!) after all that all we wish is that we could get our old account and start our fast tag as
i) we have to pay double toll everytime we go somewhere
ii) Other banks are asking us to close this fasttag then only they can give us new one!

5) After all of this choas for more than 1 month, we expect results which we are not getting! I really want paytm to give us compensation for what they have done to our mental and financial health! (Financial because we have to pay double toll for more than 1 month, we registered first complaint on 22nd Feb, 2023)
