My paytm fastag not working and the amount in the tag is gone as i am. Not able to scan my account. My paytm fastag account is not accessable from other apps such as amazon and gpay . When i tried to call paytm for this issue they told me that call from the registered number. But i have only one number and i am using it since last 10 years. I told them clearly but they are not ready to listen. I think there is a racket going on with the paytm fastag users that needs to be addressed.
