Hello,
I purchased fastag from paytm for my car HR07Q6111 by unloading RC copy and same was delivered to me in Dec, 2018. When I use it I came to know it’s not working (not activated) I drop an email to fastag team for same on 21st December and still there is no progress. When I ask for the status they reply that they are working on it. Now every toll plaza have fastag facility, when my car moves there they shows Blacklisted Tag which is very harassing.
I’m requesting them to refund my amount or activate same asap.
