I had applied or Fastag throiugh paytm in Dec 2019. While applying i was not asked for any vehicle RC copy or vehile number. The card was delivered in about 10 days, but it was not linked to my vehicle number. I tried to call Paytm through app, mail-id and customer care call, but everything was in vail. After around 2 weeks, in Jan first week, I was contacted by paytm to update by RC details. I provided the RC details via the paytm APP, but i was asked to do the same thig multiple times and I am going through this mental harassment for the last around 5 weeks. Their customer care / consumer redressal forum is the most pathetic that i have ever seen. Please take the strictest possible action against paytm
