Its been nearly a month, my paytm fastag hasn’t been delivered yet. Their customer support is in a mess, they make fun of the situation, disconnect calls, keep you on hold deliberately for minutes without response, ask several personal questions and end the call. I have made near about 15 calls, written number of emails, there is no response. What do i do next, i am helpless, their grievance cell number is not working. Never realized paytm would stoop to this level.
