I had ordered for Fastag through paytm app and was delivered . The Fastag was delivered inactive. When tried to activate it by uploading RC of my car. The application was throwing an error continuously. When I called their customer care they asked me to share the copy of RC through mail, which I sent immediately. Until now evrytime I call their customer care. They are not able to resolve the issue. I feel cheated by the company.
