1. Once I passed through a toll by my car but in toll system my car was detected as 3-axle vehicle.
2. Toll collector also tried using hand held device and it is still show 3 axle vehicle so they allowed me to pass directly without paying toll.
3. After 2-3 days, I got message regarding dispute in toll and to resolve this asked to upload vehicle RC copy. I uploaded RC copy of my car.
4. After few days, I got a message of dispute for Rs. 206/- and mesage to maintain my paytm wallet balance. I had enough paytm balance to sort it out.
5. But no amount is deducted and why I had to pay. My RC copy is clearly showing that it is a Car and for that I am ready to pay but why 3 axle toll amount?
6. Now my fastag is showing blacklisted. I am not able to drive through fastag lane.
7. I cannot buy new fastag as showing my vehicle number is blacklisted.
8. There is no option to solve this. No option to contact for help.
