I visited to Jaipur and had almost INR 500 in my paytm wallet it worked at one toll plaza and stopped working at very next toll. I got to know from toll plaza people when they scanned, that it is blaclisted. I want to understand what does paytm want to do here. I want an explanation to this and reason behind the same.
