I purchased a paytm fastag worth Rs.500 and I got the product delivered by 03-10-2018. Its been a month and it did not work from day one.
- Initially they have updated a wrong vehicle number for the fastag. After lot of mails, DM via Twitter and calls they updated the correct vehicle number after 3days.
- When passed a toll plaza, they said my fastag is blacklisted. I have taken a capture of it and send that to paytm. They initially said everything is fine from their end and later a executive called and promised to replace the fastag. But they again called and said vehicle number was not matching with the tag issued and the necessary changes have been done again and it will work in next 24hours.
- I again tried crossing a toll plaza after a week. Again the issue repeats and now no one responds from the DM i do in twitter. In mail they always say the issue is resolved.
Yes it is a real mess with PAYTM Fastag. They are least bothered about resolving the problems. I am facing similar issue for the past 2 months. It is not easy to connect their customer support helpline also.
I have been following with them constantly regarding registration number change. They don’t respond and are very lousy. They respond that they are working on it and will fix the issue “soon”. Same email comes after couple of days. Its like just resetting the counter. Their phone numbers are useless, you dont get them at all.
I bought a “headache” tag from PayTM in the name of Fastag.
