I am using the Paytm fastag for the travelling on national highway. But i am facing strange issue, every Month they deduct excess amount fare twice or thrice. If i called customer care they simply say raise a ticket. it will take 1.5 month 2 months to refund my money.in mean time again they deduct my money . Again i need to raise a complaint for them. It is just like chain never ending. Every month Min 500 rupees will be at Fastag.
