I waited a long time of 17 min for a call to get connected to paytm executive for one of my query, as on 9/2/2021 at 21:42 hours. I got connected after long wait And all executive said was, hi can you hear me? This call is getting disconnected due to no response. And I was literally shouting hello hello. This is not the way executive should respond
