Text of Complaint by Subramanian:

  1. I am facing fraudulent activity in my credit card and I have filed complaint in my bank and it was happened by some paytm bank account number (919384946761) -(01/Nov/18 17:17:36)-(E-Merchant / IFSC Code for IMPS Transfer PYTM0123456)-(
    Amount with Service Fee-8019.775).
  2. When I tried to contact paytm to report about this transaction dispute the paytm mail I’d is not at all working. They don’t have complaints email I’d too ?
  3. If I call pay TM to complain about this then paytm Irritating IVR asking me to enter my aadhaar details…
  4. Already I am facing fraudulent activity in my account then why should I provide you my aadhaar details too.
  5. But sad thing is I have entered my four digit aadhaar details then it’s asking me to create a password .. frustrated and entered the again it’s asking me to enter password. Bull shit. RS.8000 seems very tiny for paytm but someone who suffers only can know that pain. Today some fraud took 8000 and your safeguarding that culprit in the name of customer policy and your stupid paytmbanks which doesn’t have any branch in city .
  6. All the above details of transaction was provided by mobikwik and if you share your email I’d I can send you more details of that disputed transaction.

    I would like to file a complaint and to file that police station asking for the aadhaar details of that fraud or bank account details and address to track that culprit. So please connect my call to some one who can hear from my side .

    Your IVR Voice are irritating and asking me to enter My aadhaar details and again it’s asking me to set passwords aloan and it’s not at all connecting to any of your executives …. frustrating…..

    Someone stolen money from my card-> filed complaint and submitted CDF (customer dispute form)-> they said it’s a activity of Mobikwik -> filed a complaint in Mobikwik->Mobikwik replied->with PayTm payments bank account details i.e mobile number of that person/ robot from which my money was transferred with patmbank ifsc codes ->now I need who is that paytm account user to file police complaint against fraudulent transaction Of RS.8000/- from my credit card . Really i think you people are helpful for
    Fraudsters only not for those who are suffering with this like issues ..
