I Shamem Ahammed and my family booked the flight ticket on last month jan23rd through paytm from Cochin to Hyderabad. But unexpectedly our flight was cancelled and contacted the airlines.
They replied our money was refunded to paytm on January 16th, 2020 itself with reference no 91046226 for an amount of Rs8888/-.
Everyday we contacted the customer care of paytm and they replied the amount was not credited. From Jan 16th onwards paytm were cheating us.
Please give our money back otherwise we file a case against paytm in court… So please consider this and give our amount back…
