I booked a bus ticket in August 2019. But bus never came to pickup location .I waited for 3 hour than I called paytm customer care told them about my situation . I filled complent on paytm app but they said issue will be resolve in 7 days we will contact you. But than they it’s bus operator fault they can’t refund my money .I have to contact bus operator .
