I am very unhappy with the way PAYTM has been functioning.Their helpline service is at the worst with operators not give proper reply and in between the conversation they cut the phone.I withdrew 36000 Rs from my PAY TM wallet to be transferred to my savings bank account with SBI and it’s been almost 8 days and they have not transferred my money to savings bank account with sbi and the reasons they gave are unclear.I have also launched complaint againts PAY TM with sbi and also with paytm itself.But the answer i got is “unavoidable reasons” money not credited to my bank account.I don’t know where my money is.
