Hope you are doing fine!!
This is to inform you that I, Sumit Saxena, is a bonafide client with Paytm for so many years and my recent experience has brought tears to my eyes.
My registered mobile number is 7011652169 and recently brought the LG 1 Ton Dual Inverter AC from Paytm Mall for Rs. 37k and LG has denied the installation due to compatibility issues and asked me to buy a Daikin AC.
Now when I am trying to return the product, the Paytm people are denying stating the fact that the reason of return isn’t in their system hence they won’t be able to help me.
Now my Rs.37k is stuck with Paytm and being a middle class guy I am really stressed out and haven’t been sleeping for so many days, the only reason I am writing you an email is because of the hope that you can make exception and help me out here.
