mene paytm me symphony ka air cooler prepaid order kiya tha tab usme delivery date 1 dikha raha tha 1 ko dekha to 3 dikharaha tha 3 ko dekha to 7 dikha raha hai ab muje order cancel karna hai kyuki ghar pe mariz hai to usko chahiye tha to idhar se le liya hai maine or pay tm me koi call hi nahi lagta sirf ivr hi aata hai ab order cancel bhi nahi hota plz help me
