Dear sir/madam
I had ordered WD 4TB hard disk from paytm vide order no. 6272641787 dtd 13th October 2018
Paytm delivered 1tb hdd instead on 16th October which i failed to check in details as the brand and color of hard disk was same as order from outside. The box is itself of 1tb which i failed to notice.
Now in November when i opened the box i got shocked to realised me that i was cheated.
Paytm is not paying heed to my grievance citing the reason that it is outside the replacement window of 7 days
This is the worst scenario than getting a defective product because defect can be repaired in service center. But in this case i dont have this right too.
Please help me.
