Text of Complaint by Michael dias:

My kyc on paytm expired in August this year. I tried to renew it by using the kyc options on the app, and I was assured that someone would visit me multiple times to complete the Kyc, even resulting in me waiting 2 days at home for someone to arrive and multiple phone calls to the lady who was supposed to arrange the visit, eventually she shut off her phone. I chased it up again via twitter and was told that I would get a call to schedule the visits, which again never happened for a long time. Today I got a call from abhishek from paytm, he refused to provide his full name, and I was told that kyc for paytm is frozen now an dthey don’t know when it will start again. I have my fasttag through paytm and asked what I should be doing, he said I have to wait! This is clear deficiency in service provided. On asking how long I should wait, I was told there is no fixed date and it can happen anytime from tomorrow till the next 10 years.
