I made a payment on 28th through Paytm to a cab driver and the amount is deducted from my account and shows pending and not received by the receiver at that time so I have to pay in cash because the status is showing pending in my phone as well.
Now Paytm sent me the amount credited text on 30th April by showing status credited to the receiver (I am sharing you the screenshot of deductions well for the deduction date validation). So logically if the amount shows pending more than 24 hour they have to return the money to the source account, but they didn’t. I am raising this Request continuously but they ask for the receiver bank passbook details, so how I can share these details because I took the cab from Gurgaon to New Delhi station and then board a train to my hometown.
I am helpless here and this is harassment.I am writing this to consumer court because i am helpless here.
