on 2nd august i put 5500rs on paytm wallet.my money got deducted but not credited to paytm wallet.later when i complained to bank and paytm both after 1month both bank and paytm put 5500 each in my account .later on 20th october paytm again debited 11000/rs from my account ie.5500 extra from my account.the issue is not solved even till now.i have given them my bank statement as well
