- This is in regards to my money of 4000 es which is stuck in Paytm wallet. As my account is not KYC linked I am unable to transfer the money.
- I spoke to Paytm customer service on 11th May. They assured me it will be done very soon. I validated all the documents with Paytm escalation team on call itself..they approved the document which was required and said the work will be done.
- I kept a follow up every alternate day with Paytm customer care however they just asked me to wait without providing any time frame. It’s been more than 15 days and they are still asking me to wait. Neither they are providing any resolution nor a time frame.
- When asked about the time frame…they just asked me wait.
It’s about 4000 RS. Very much disappointed with Paytm customer service.
Please help for the same.
